We provide premium stone furniture, custom-made pieces, and related services. Each piece is crafted with natural materials, meaning variations in colour, texture, and veining are inherent characteristics and not defects.

Custom Orders:
final and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery times vary based on location, material availability, and project complexity.

• Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

• Delivery is to the curbside unless installation services are specified and purchased.

• Any delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, weather, transport disruptions) do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
  
  

• If you purchase installation, our team will install the product as specified.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the site is accessible, clear, and prepared for installation.
• Additional fees may apply if site conditions prevent completion as scheduled.

For Standard Products:

• You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

For Custom Orders:

• Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees under ACL.
  
• Minor imperfections inherent to natural stone (such as veining, tone variation, or texture) are not considered faults.
  
  
  
  
  

• Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
